What's New in Vic.ai: June 2026

Five customer-facing updates went live this month, giving finance teams more visibility into their data and more control over PO workflows. Here's the quick rundown.

Master Data page. A read-only view under Admin settings showing exactly which entities have synced into Vic.ai from your accounting system, so admins can answer sync questions in seconds instead of filing a ticket. Available to all customers.

Dimension dependencies. Options for one dimension now auto-filter based on what you've already selected on the same line, cutting miscodes on complex coding. Ask your Vic.ai representative to enable it.

Reassign Mismatch Approver. Accountants can now reassign the approver on a single PO mismatch directly from the invoice, without editing your approval flow, with every change logged in the approval history. Available to all PO-matching customers.

Automatically Post PO Invoices. Vic.ai can now auto-post PO-backed invoices once your trigger conditions are met, such as all lines matched within tolerance and all approvals complete, with no manual action. Set up with your Vic.ai representative.

Customer Ticket Portal. A real-time view of every support ticket for your organization, right in the Vic.ai Help Center, so your whole team can see status, search and filter, and cut down on duplicate requests. Available to all customers.
